Welcome!

Welcome to the College site!  There are still things to be done, but for now...here are the essentials!!


Our college ministry is just starting off, so if you're new...you'll fit right in because EVERYONE'S new!  We hope you'll come hang with us as soon as you can.  We meet every Tuesday night at 7PM in the A-202 Lounge and on Sunday mornings at 9AM in A-208. Hope to see you there --- and bring a friend or two!

Our New College Pastor: Matt Johnson

Lakewood proudly welcomes our new college pastor and his wife, Matt and Jeni Johnson.  Matt grew up at Lakewood, attending Millikan High School (where he now teaches) and Biola University (where he got his undergrad and graduate degrees). Matt and Jeni will be amazing additions to our college ministry, as they both have HUGE hearts for God and love sharing life with others (especially college students!).

Emerge Ministries



A group of 20-30 something singles, couples, students, and professionals that exists to connect today's generation with God and with one another for the purpose of making a difference in our world as we follow Christ together.
